This Privacy Policy explains how Horseshoe Round Me Gaming ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Last Stand Tower Defense (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described below.

- Gameplay profile data: a display nickname, progress, scores, waves survived, gems, unlocks, missions, and related game statistics.

02 How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- Operate core game features and sync progress when online
- Validate in-app purchases and prevent fraud
- Maintain leaderboards and gameplay statistics where enabled
- Improve performance, stability, and game balance
- Respond to support requests
- Show banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements via Google AdMob (unless you have purchased an ad-free / premium option)
03 Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game includes Google AdMob advertising, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. AdMob and its partners may collect device and advertising-related data (including advertising identifiers and approximate device/network information) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud.
You can limit ad tracking through your device settings (for example, App Tracking Transparency / Limit Ad Tracking on iOS) and, where required, through in-app consent / ad privacy options. Purchasing an optional ad-free or premium product disables ads in the Game where that product applies.

04 Other Third-Party Services
The Game also uses the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store / Google Play: in-app purchase processing and receipt validation.
- Cloud hosting and database providers: secure storage of gameplay profiles when you play online.
- Google AdMob: banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertising; may process advertising identifiers and related device data as described above.
These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. We share only what is necessary to operate the Game.
05 Children's Privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience consistent with its age rating on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
06 Data Retention & Deletion
Gameplay data is retained while your profile remains active so we can provide game features. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below. Local-only progress stored only on your device can be reset from in-game settings.
07 Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect gameplay data stored on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard information against unauthorized access.
08 Your Choices
- You may play without providing an email address.
- You may reset local progress from the in-game Settings screen.
- You may contact us to request access to or deletion of server-stored gameplay data associated with your profile.
- In-app purchases are optional and processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms.
- You may purchase an ad-free / premium option (where offered) to disable advertisements.
- You may adjust tracking and advertising preferences in your device settings, and use in-app Ad Privacy Options where available (for example in EEA/UK).
09 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
